Day
13 – 5/4/2012 - Yarrie Lake to Bell
We
awoke to a magnificent day at Yarrie Lake, it was such a shame to
have to leave. We could have easily stayed a couple of more days
here.

On
the way out of Yarrie Lake we had to go past the Compact Telescope
Array again. I wanted to try and get some photos in the morning
light.
It
was going to be a big day of driving – all on the highway so not
much new country. We wanted to put in a big day today so that we
didn't have a final leg home. We stopped at the Bell Caravan Park
for the night (at the base of the Bunya Mountains) – there were
quite a few sites available despite the fact it was the start of the
Easter long weekend. The Park was really good – the amenities
block was fairly old but it was still clean and really well
maintained.
