Day 149 – 27/9/2012 – The Nullarbor (Penong to Port Perie)
Again another early start as we had a lot of kilometres to do again.

The Penong van park site just before we pulled out. |
After leaving Penong we had a quick comfort stop in Ceduna.

The Ceduna foreshore and jetty |
And then on to Streaky Bay for smoko.

Heading into the Streaky Bay town centre |
That afternoon we passed the Big Galah at Kimba, which is half way across Australia.

Later that afternoon we started seeing some familiar sights, the Southern Flinders Rangers as we were coming into Port Augusta. Port Augusta was the first place where we had already been on this trip. For that reason we decided to stay in a town we hadn't already been in and kept continuing on to Port Perie.

We arrived at Port Perie late in the afternoon and managed to fit in a quick shop to replace the fruit and vegies that we had to use up before we came back into across the South Australian boarder.
